Lead SAP Basis system administrator for Bernalillo County, responsible for the administration, availability, and performance of the county's SAP landscape — ECC, SRM, PI, and GRC — while helping drive its migration to S/4HANA under RISE with SAP in the private cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the county's legacy SAP landscape (ECC, SRM, PI, GRC) across development, quality, and production environments.
- Support the county's transformation to S/4HANA (RISE with SAP, private cloud edition) at the Basis layer.
- Plan and apply SAP kernel patches, support packages, and system updates.
- Manage system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management, and user/authorization support at the Basis layer.
- Coordinate with functional teams, SAP, and vendors on the upgrade, integrations, and incident resolution.
